First I will say that I am Very SORRY .........For letting down the Angler of the year .....So I am taking full blame for not providing the $2500.00 on time ...but I did explain to the Anglers that I will have the 2500.00 in 21 days ... so 3 anglers up for angler of year decided to leave on Saturday afternoon and the 4Th Angler decided to stay and fish said he understand that I needed 21 days ... after finding out what kind of<<<< MONEY>>> I put in this series out of my own pocket and could not understand why the other 3 anglers did not understand ... After all that I have did to keep this series alive He said he was here to fish the event no matter what ...He is only 20 years old I told him that I would like to split 4 ways because I was wrong ... But he fished the event he also WON 1st place and Big fish .... So He was awarded NEIFC ANGLER OF THE YEAR ....His partner is one who decided to leave ...but he is also the NEIFC ANGLER OF THE YEAR .......so the new NEIFC Angler Of The Year 2013 is ALEX Scheg and BILL Cadamore ....... Now they can Trash me and they have all rights to do it because I failed them .....Not like all the previous Trash talk this was uncalled for ...cause this one is true .....So many changes will be coming soon to this series...... If anyone who posts anything improper I will ban for my site......

The 3 anglers that chose to leave on Sat. " SHAME ON YOU" I hope that you have now set back and given the situation allot of thought, and have came up with telling yourselves, that was not a good decision.Remember" Jeff is the director" like it or not, he did indeed fail to have the money on time, from Jeff's prior post it appears to me that he did apologize and tried to come up with a solution but you 3 just picked up and left. NOW for you Jeff I'm not letting you off the hook either, there is a tremendous amount of work involved in being the director and mistakes are going to be made $2500 is allot of money you knew going into this that you made a commitment to pay Angler of the year the $2500" SHAME ON YOU" you did not come through on that commitment . I certainly hope that the 3 anglers and Jeff only take this as a lesson well learned.Lets move on and continue to enjoy this great sport. Harold

It was our choice to leave and no we do not regret it one bit. If you had any idea the time, money and effort that WE put into this you would understand. But until you fish an entire series of tournaments you won't get it. If you can see when Jeff took over the NEIT the number of anglers has been less every year, Yes Jeff has a lot of time and money put into this and I can thank him for past years, but when the insentive is no longer there, we will no longer fish regardless of the amount of "time" he needs to get the money. And choosing to leave was not all about the "2500" there was a lot of things leading up to this decision my partner and I made. So you have no right to tell us "shame on you" it was our choice and we DO NOT regret it. As for the rest of the series, I will not be fishing the NEIFC anymore, but I do wish everyone the best of luck. -Rick Ryan
